Postage and Packaging

We our very keen to get your goods to you as soon as possible in perfect condition and will send the same day where possible (Mon - Fri, exc. weekends & bank holidays).  Order must be received before 13:30hrs

All our  items are sent 1st Class which should arrive in 1 - 2 working days.

Larger items are sent by either City Link, DHL or Parcel Force, with tracking, insured up to £150 and should arrive in 1 - 3 working days.

Extra Insurance is taken on parcels where applicable.

Our P&P price is calculated by the weight of each item, giving you the buyer the best postage rate available. A small packing charge is added for the likes of boxes and other packaging materials.

These prices are subject to change via Royal Mail

Deliveries outside of the U.K. may vary in time but should be expected within 5 - 10 working days.

Deliveries Worldwide & Europe, excluding  NI & UK delivery charges are based on weight & parcel size up to 2 Kg, over this weight items will be dispatched by courier and we recommend you contact us for a shipping price.

If for any reason there is a delay in sending out orders we shall inform you immediately.

Returns & Distance Selling Regulations

DSR give the buyer the right to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day they receive the item. The Item must be returned within 14 working days.

 1a. If items ordered from us are not as described or damaged, you are welcome to return them to us for either a full refund or replacement.

1b. If you receive an item which is not to your expectations, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving the package, and secure a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). Also (see Paragraphs. 3 and 4) once goods have been received by us, a full refund of the product will be issued, [*1] NO refund will be issued for any postage only the product. You may also exchange your item for any other item, whereas you will pay any difference in price + postage either by cheque or postal order with your returned item.

2. To return goods to us you will need a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) this will enable our staff to deal with your request without delay. No Returns will be accepted after 14 working Days

2a. To generate a RAN you must contact us as soon as possible, your request must be made within 7 working days from the day after you receive your parcel, call us on 0843 289 9314 or by emailing support@barstuffuk.co.uk and advise us that you would like to send back a purchase. If you make your request via email you will be contacted by one of our team within 24 business hours with your RAN.

3. Before a refund or replacement of goods can be issued items must be returned to us for inspection un-opened and un-used in a re-saleable condition. This includes all packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation that was enclosed within the original parcel.

3a.Cancelled Orders - you may cancel your order any time up until dispatched, If cancelled before dispatch you will receive a full refund, If dispatched and you still wish to cancel, it will be your responsibility to return the goods to Barstuff UK at your expense, A 10% ( ten percent) restocking charge will apply and no refund on postage will apply.

4. Please be aware that the cost of sending goods back to us shall be paid by you. We strongly recommend that you use a service that is traceable, requires a signature on delivery and give adequate insurance of goods against damage and loss whilst in transit. We DO NOT accept a Royal Mail proof of posting certificate as evidence of despatch.

5. If you have received an item from us that you believe to be broken, damaged or faulty contact us directly on 0843 289 9314 or by emailing support@barstuffuk.co.uk within 7 working days from the day after you received your item. We will immediately issue you with the Returns Authorization Number; this will enable your refund claim to be handled swiftly and without unnecessary delay.

5a. Items will need to be returned to us for inspection and testing before a refund or replacement of goods can be issued. When returning items to Barstuff UK you must include all packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation that were enclosed within the original parcel.

6. We reserve the right to have the goods collected at our expense by a courier of our choice. If this is needed we will work with you to ensure that the collection is made on a day that suits you best but we can not give specific collection times.

7. Once goods have been received by us and your claim for damage or fault has been up held we will of course refund the cost of shipping the items back to Barstuff UK in full. 

[*1] Full refund of product and postage , whereas we cannot replace the item(s), item(s) returned as unwanted or damaged, buyer will have a full  refund for product and postage, no refund will be offered on you returning the item(s) to us
